Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and fragrance-free
  • tags included
  • returned with its belts
  • in the same condition that you received it

Refunds

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item to us. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for any lost items that were mailed back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, and if all the return conditions have been met, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 working days after receiving your item. If you had chosen to ship your item by Express Shipping, your shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return your item, email info@feradje.com with your order number, and we will send the return instructions.

Exchanges
If you change your mind about a size, email us at info@feradje.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new size if it is still available. If the requested size is out of stock, we will reach out via email to discuss alternative options. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

We can only facilitate an exchange for a different style if the price of the requested item matches that of the purchased item at the time of return. If there is a price difference, you may need to proceed with a new order.

Late or missing refunds
If you have received an email that your order has been refunded, but have not seen the payment reflected in your account yet, first check your bank account again after a few days. If you still have not received the refund after a few days, contact your credit card company and your bank directly as we have no control over their processing time.

Damaged items
If you have received a defective item, email us at info@feradje.com within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can make it up to you.
