Can I customize the fit of my abaya?
Yes, we offer sleeve and length adjustments for a better fit. A small tailoring fee applies, and orders may take 3–5 extra working days. Please contact us via chat or email before placing your order so we can assist you.

Can I return tailored items?
Items that have been altered (either by us or by a third party) are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any modified items, unless the modification was done incorrectly on our end.

What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by design, but every product page includes detailed measurements and a conversion chart to help you find your perfect fit.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only brand. This allows us to focus on quality, and deliver directly to you.

Can I exchange a different size or style?
We currently offer size exchanges only, style changes are not available. To request a size exchange, email info@feradje.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your returned item, we will send your new size (subject to availability). You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Where is my refund?
If you have received an email that your order has been refunded but have not seen the payment reflected in your account yet, first check your bank account again after a few days. If you still have not received the refund after a few days, contact your credit card company and bank directly as we do not have control over their processing time.

When will I receive my refund?
If the tracking details of your returned item indicate that it has been received on our end, your refund will be processed within 14 business days after we have received your returned item. After your refund has been processed, it may take a few additional days before it is reflected in your account.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet. If you would like to cancel, please email us at info@feradje.com as soon as possible so we can process your request before your order is dispatched.

Can I buy your products wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale at this time. Our collections are available exclusively through our website, so you always get the full experience directly from us.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We keep our pricing consistent and transparent, so the prices listed on our website are final.
