What sizes do you have?
Depending on the design, our products come in a range of sizes. The size measurements and size conversion chart are included on each product page for your reference.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Our products are only available online.
Can I customize the length?
We do not provide alteration services but you can take it to your local tailor to alter it according to your personal preference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Where is my refund?
If you have received an email that your order has been refunded but have not seen the payment reflected in your account yet, first check your bank account again after a few days. If you still have not received the refund after a few days, contact your credit card company and bank directly as we do not have control over their processing time.
When will I receive my refund?
If the tracking details of your returned item indicate that it has been received on our end, your refund will be processed within 14 business days after we have received your returned item. After your refund has been processed, it may take a few additional days before it is reflected in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
If you changed your mind about an order, you will only be able to cancel your order if the items are not yet shipped. We strongly suggest that you send an email to email@example.com of your cancellation as soon as possible.
