Do you offer custom sizing?
We offer sleeve and length adjustments for a better fit. A small tailoring fee applies, and orders may take 3–5 extra working days. Please contact us via chat or email before placing your order so we can assist you.

What sizes do you have?
Depending on the design, our products come in a range of sizes. The size measurements and size conversion chart are included on each product page for your reference.

Do you have a store I can visit? 
Our products are only available online.

Can I exchange a different size or style?
We currently offer size exchanges only, style changes are not available. To request a size exchange, email info@feradje.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your returned item, we will send your new size (subject to availability). You are responsible for the return shipping cost. All tailored items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Where is my refund?
If you have received an email that your order has been refunded but have not seen the payment reflected in your account yet, first check your bank account again after a few days. If you still have not received the refund after a few days, contact your credit card company and bank directly as we do not have control over their processing time.

When will I receive my refund?
If the tracking details of your returned item indicate that it has been received on our end, your refund will be processed within 14 business days after we have received your returned item. After your refund has been processed, it may take a few additional days before it is reflected in your account.

Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about an order, you will only be able to cancel your order if the items are not yet shipped. We strongly suggest that you send an email to info@feradje.com of your cancellation as soon as possible.

Can I buy your products wholesale?
Our products are sold exclusively on our website and we do not offer any wholesale services. 

Do you offer further discounts for bulk orders?
All prices on our website are final with no further discounts available.
