RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it,
- and in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item back to us. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for any lost items that was mailed back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, and if all the return conditions have been met, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 working days after receiving your item.
To return your item, email us at email@example.com with you order number and we will send the return instructions.
We do not accept exchanges. If you changed your mind about an item, kindly place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can't be refunded.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, email us at email@example.com, so we could make it up to you.
