RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused with tags included,
- in the same condition that you received it,
- and in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item back to us. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for any lost items that were mailed back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, and if all the return conditions have been met, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 working days after receiving your item. If you had chosen to ship your item by our Special Delivery service, your shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return your item, email us at email@example.com with your order number, and we will send the return instructions.
We do not accept exchanges. If you changed your mind about an item, kindly place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as there is often some processing time before your refund is officially received. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, so we could make it up to you.
