Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused with tags
- fragrance-free
- returned with its belts
- in its original, unaltered condition
Refunds
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, and if all return conditions are met, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 working days after receiving your item. Please note that Express Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To begin a return, email info@feradje.com with your order number. We will send return instructions.
Exchanges
At this time, we only offer size exchanges. If you would like a different style, please place a new order separately.
Tailored items are final sale
Items that have been altered (either by us or by a third party) are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any modified items, unless the modification was done incorrectly on our end.
Late or missing refunds
If you have received an email that your order has been refunded, but have not seen the payment reflected in your account yet, check your bank account again after a few days. If you still have not received the refund after a few days, contact your credit card and bank directly as we have no control over their processing time.
Damaged items
If you have received a defective item, email us at info@feradje.com within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can make it up to you.
